We are looking for a talented Video Editor to assemble recorded footage into a finished project that matches the director’s vision and is suitable for broadcasting.

As a film and video editor, you should be able to bring sight and sound together in order to tell a cohesive story

Responsibilities
Edit high-quality videos for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
Create engaging short-form videos, reels, promotional videos, advertisements, and corporate videos.
Trim, assemble, and enhance raw footage to produce polished final videos.
Add motion graphics, transitions, visual effects, subtitles, and animations where required.
Perform color correction, color grading, and audio enhancement for skilled-quality output.
Collaborate with the creative, content, and marketing teams to understand project requirements and deliver impactful content.
Ensure all videos align with brand guidelines, tone, and campaign objectives.
Optimize videos for different platforms and formats.
Manage multiple editing projects while meeting deadlines.




Organize and maintain video files, project assets, and editing timelines.
Stay updated with the latest video editing trends, AI editing tools, and social media content formats.
Suggest creative concepts and editing styles to improve audience engagement.
Revise videos based on feedback and ensure timely delivery.
Maintain high standards of quality, consistency, and attention to detail in every project.

Requirements
Proven work experience as a video editor
Solid experience with digital technology and editing software packages (e.g. Avid Media Composer, Lightworks, Premiere, After Effects and Final Cut)
Demonstrable video editing ability with a solid portfolio
Thorough knowledge of timing, motivation and continuity
Familiarity with special effects, 3D and compositing
Creative mind and storytelling skills
BS degree in film studies, cinematography or related field
