Are you a outstanding communicator who enjoys talking to people? We're looking for a Customer Service Representative to connect with potential customers, answer their queries, and guide them through our services.
Responsibilities
Call and follow up with assigned leads.
Explain products/services and answer customer queries.
Maintain accurate lead records and follow-ups.
Learn about the industry through training and apply the knowledge while interacting with customers.
Requirements
Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi; additional languages are a plus).
Confident and skilled on calls.
Quick learner and willing to undergo training.
Basic computer skills.
Salary: ₹1.8 – ₹2.0 LPA
Location: Hadapsar, Pune
