Position: General Manager – Account & Finance

Location: Silvassa

Key Responsibilities:
Financial Management & Reporting:
Develop and oversee financial strategies, policies, and procedures.
Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, including Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss statements, MIS reports.
Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support decision - making.
Supervise accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and ledger reconciliations.
Budgeting & Forecasting:
Lead the preparation and monitoring of budgets and financial projections.
Conduct variance analysis and recommend corrective actions.
Evaluate cost-saving measures and optimize financial resources.
Compliance & Risk Management:
Ensure adherence to financial regulations, tax laws, statutory filings and corporate policies.
Oversee internal and external audits and implement recommendations.
Identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Ensure cost control and cost reduction strategic.
System and SOP development.
Cash Flow & Treasury Management:
Monitor cash flow, fund flow and ensure productive fund management.




Optimize working capital and oversee banking relationships.
Manage investments and financial instruments as per company policies.
Leadership & Team Management:
Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and accounts team.
Establish KPIs for the team and monitor performance.
Foster collaboration between finance and other departments.

Required skills:

Business acumen and decision-making skills.
Solid leadership and team-building abilities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Solid knowledge of accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS), taxation, and compliance.
Experience in financial planning, risk management, and investment strategies.
Proficiency in ERP/accounting software and MS Excel.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Salary :- Upto 30.00 LPA
