About the Role

We are looking for a Vendor Manager to join our team in Bangalore (HSR Layout). In this role, you will be responsible for managing relationships with our brand partners and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across the marketplace.

You will work closely with vendors and cross-functional teams across merchandising, catalogue, logistics, finance, and business operations to drive vendor performance, resolve operational challenges, ensure SLA adherence, and deliver a seamless experience for both brands and customers.

The ideal candidate is highly organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple stakeholders while taking ownership of vendor relationships and operational outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Own the day-to-day relationship and operational management of assigned brand partners, ensuring smooth marketplace operations and solid vendor performance.
Drive vendor onboarding,



operational readiness, and compliance while ensuring timely completion of all required processes and documentation.
Monitor vendor performance and SLAs, identify operational gaps, and work with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and improve service levels.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including catalogue, merchandising, logistics, finance, and operations to streamline processes and ensure a seamless brand and customer experience.

Qualifications
Candidates graduating from IITs, NITs, or other premier institutions are preferred.
2–3 years of experience in vendor management, account management, marketplace operations, e-commerce operations, or a similar role.
Strong communication, relationship management, and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent organisational skills with robust attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
Ability to manage multiple vendors, priorities, and operational challenges in a fast-paced environment.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to resolving issues.
