About the role:

We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee engagement, training & development, performance management, and employee exit processes while ensuring a positive workplace culture.

Roles:
Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Coordinate induction and orientation programs for current employees.
Identify training needs and organize employee learning and development programs.
Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives to improve morale and retention.
Support the performance management cycle, including goal setting,



appraisals, and feedback processes.
Handle employee grievances and maintain healthy employee relations.
Manage employee exit formalities, including exit interviews, clearance, and documentation.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Ensure compliance with company HR policies and statutory requirements.
Assist management with HR reports, workforce planning, and organizational development initiatives.

Qualification:
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or BBA/B.Com with specialization in HR
Relevant HR certifications will be an added advantage
