Responsibilities:
Monitor and control daily production activities during the shift.
Ensure production targets are achieved as per the production plan.
Coordinate with planning and maintenance teams to minimize downtime.
Ensure smooth operation of machines and production lines.
Lead and supervise operators, technicians, and helpers during the shift.
Allocate manpower based on workload and production requirements.
Provide guidance, training, and support to shop-floor employees.
Ensure all products meet quality standards and specifications.
Coordinate with the Quality team to resolve quality issues.
Implement corrective actions to prevent defects or rework.
Required skills:
Solid leadership and team management skills
Knowledge of manufacturing processes (press shop, welding, plating, etc.)
Problem-solving and decision-making ability
Basic knowledge of production planning and lean manufacturing
Required Qualification: - B.Sc - Chemistry
Salary: - Upto 2.64 LPA
