We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst to lead collaboration with Technology/Platform and Business/Journey stakeholders, vendors, and subject matter experts to plan, elicit, analyze, document, and manage system requirements. The role involves assessing current system capabilities, translating high-level business requirements into functional and non-functional specifications, and evaluating whether existing or recent technology solutions can meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to determine feasibility of internal/external technology solutions and assess impact on existing workflows and systems
Support development, testing, deployment readiness, and post-implementation activities to drive business outcomes
Understanding and documenting Business & Functional Requirements as well as NFRs
Understanding and documenting interface requirements
Review of test cases as well as functional testing support
Provide operational and process-related analysis and support
Conduct current-state vs.



target-state analysis, impact assessments, and visual/data comparisons
Triage requirements between development and testing teams; support options analysis and decision-making decks
Prepare monthly and quarterly stakeholder communications

Domain Requirements
Experience in Commercial / Corporate Banking is required
Payables (Physical & Electronic), Collections (Physical & Electronic), Cash Management, Liquidity, Balance & Transaction Reporting, Cash Flow Forecasting, Virtual Accounts, Treasury is required

Knowledge of Specific Applications
ServiceNow
Jira and/or Confluence
Visio
Copilot
JTMF (or equivalent journey/project tracking framework)

Knowledge of Tools & Technologies
Solid expertise in PowerPoint, JIRA dashboards, Power BI, Process Flows, and Visio

Proven critical thinking and analytical skills
