Responsibilities:
Assist senior engineers in the development, and testing of engineering projects.
Participate in hands-on training across various departments, including Production, Quality Control, and Maintenance.
Support project execution by gathering data, preparing reports, and analysing performance metrics.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver on objectives.
Learn and apply engineering principles to troubleshoot issues and propose solutions.
Follow safety protocols and maintain compliance with industry standards.
Assist in the documentation of processes, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and technical manuals.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Required Skills:
Basic knowledge of VMC machine and machining process, VMC machine operation, setting and programming, skilled to use all measuring instruments like Vernier caliper, micro meter, height gauge etc.
Able to read mechanical drawings.
Problem - solving
Ability to work autonomously
Communication Skills
Required Qualification: - Diploma - Mechanical
Salary: - Upto 4.00 LPA
