Ability to operate independently in shift and make decisions with little direct supervision. Professional Technical Skills:
Must have 2+ years of AS/400 system Operations/monitoring experience.
Knowledge on server daily health check activities, Patching, BRMS, MIMIX monitoring, Job Management, Data FTP, HMC, SST, ALT VTL.
Knowledge on IT Operations and Monitoring. - Worked on support model. e) Monitor/ Running Backup s and restoration.
Monitor alerts on tools The resource should have very positive communication skills.
The resource should have a good knowledge on ITIL concepts (Incident, problem change management skills)
Valuable verbal and written communication skill to connect with customer at varying levels of the organization.
Flexible to work in 247 environments Additional Information: Positive to Have Skills:
Monitor AS400 Servers and reporting along with BRMS, MIMIX, ALT VTL, Patching, Job Management, HMC, SST.
Collecting information and reporting to L3 Lead on timely basis. Must have Skills:
