Position: EHS Officer

Location: Silvassa

Experience: 4 - 5 Years

Industries: Chemical

Responsibilities:
Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments.
Ensure compliance with local EHS laws, regulations, and company policies.
Monitor workplace safety practices and identify hazards.
Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses; prepare reports and corrective actions.
Organize safety training, toolbox talks, and awareness programs.
Maintain EHS documentation, permits, and records.
Coordinate emergency preparedness and evacuation drills.
Ensure proper use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
Monitor waste management and environmental control measures.
Liaise with government authorities and auditors during inspections.
Support ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 implementation and audits.




Promote a robust safety culture across the organization.

Required Skills:
Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.
Robust communication and training skills.
Incident investigation and reporting ability.
Risk assessment and hazard identification.
Positive documentation and reporting skills.
Proficiency in MS Office.

Required Qualification: - Diploma - Fire and Safty

Salary :- Upto 4.50 LPA
