Key Responsibilities
Source and screen candidates for blue-collar and white-collar positions.
Coordinate hiring for roles across EXIM, FTL, Warehouse Operations, Data Entry Operators, Supervisors, and Senior Management.
Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
Maintain the recruitment tracker and candidate database.
Conduct initial HR screening and verify candidate documents.
Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
Support onboarding and joining formalities.
Assist in other HR and recruitment activities as assigned.
Required Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email.
Ability to work in a quick-paced recruitment workplace.
Robust coordination and organizational skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
