Manager - Procurement

Roles Responsibilities:
Identify, evaluate, and develop a reliable vendor base for all materials required across units.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts with suppliers to achieve cost efficiency.
Manage end-to-end procurement process including sourcing, ordering, and delivery tracking.
Ensure timely availability of materials to avoid production delays.
Monitor market trends, pricing fluctuations, and supplier performance.
Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Maintain strong relationships with vendors and resolve any supply-related issues.
Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Production, Quality, Merchandising, Stores) for requirement planning and procurement execution.




Track and optimize inventory levels in coordination with stores/warehouse teams.
Prepare procurement reports, cost analysis, and vendor performance evaluations.
Identify prospects for cost reduction and process improvement.

Requirements
Solid negotiation and vendor management skills
Positive knowledge of procurement processes and supply chain management
Analytical and cost optimization mindset
