Role & responsibilities
Manage day-to-day inverter production activities and achieve daily/monthly production targets.
Monitor assembly, testing, troubleshooting and production processes of inverters.
Ensure adherence to production plans, SOPs, work instructions and quality standards.
Handle line issues, conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
Improve productivity, line efficiency and reduce rejection/rework.
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, PPC and Engineering teams for smooth production operations.
Monitor manpower deployment and ensure optimum utilization of resources.
Drive 5S, Kaizen and continuous improvement activities on the shop floor.
Maintain production MIS, shift reports and process-related documentation.




Ensure compliance with EHS and shop-floor safety requirements.
Train and guide operators/technicians on processes, quality and safety standards.

Preferred candidate profile
Valuable knowledge of inverter/electronics production and assembly processes.
Knowledge of PCB, electronic components, testing and basic troubleshooting.
Solid problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.
Knowledge of 5S, Kaizen and Lean Manufacturing practices.
Positive communication, team handling and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and production MIS reporting.
