Autoclaves, Medial fills
Vial washing filling sealing line
PFS filling and sealing line
Cartridge filling and sealing line
Lyophilizers and isolators
CIP SIP, visual inspection , Packing machines blister and cartoning, serialization, labelling
Manufacturing skid etc.
Above machine handling with multiple manufacturers.
I & Q of the process equipment.
Project budget and MOM preparation.
GAP Identification and overcoming
Clean room design and classifications, Calibrations, BMS & EMS basic knowledge.
Required Skills
experience in Injectable Process equipment
Must have completed 2 injectable projects.
Attention for detail
Team player
Positive in communication.
Salary :- Upto 12.00 LPA
Qualification: BE/B.Tech- Electrical
