We are looking for an experienced and strategic IPC Head (Inventory Planning & Control) to lead inventory planning, forecasting, and control across FirstClub's growing operations. This role will be responsible for ensuring optimal inventory availability, improving forecasting accuracy, minimizing wastage, and building scalable inventory planning processes that support rapid business growth.
You will work closely with Category, Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations, and Leadership teams to build a world-class inventory planning function that delivers operational excellence across all cities and categories.
What You'll Do
Own end-to-end inventory planning, forecasting, and control across all categories and cities.
Develop demand forecasting models to ensure optimal stock availability while minimizing wastage and stock-outs.
Drive inventory strategy in alignment with business growth plans, category expansion, and city-level rollouts.
Work closely with Category, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Operations teams to ensure seamless inventory flow.
Monitor inventory health metrics including inventory turnover, fill rates, shrinkage, and ageing stock, and drive corrective actions.
Build and implement robust inventory planning systems, processes, and governance frameworks.
Partner directly with senior leadership to define long-term inventory and supply chain strategy.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on planning accuracy, operational efficiency, and cost optimization.
