Role & responsibilities
Handle customer queries and concerns through Voice and Chat support channels.
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and processes.
Resolve customer issues within defined turnaround times while maintaining quality standards.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through skilled communication.
Document customer interactions and update records in the CRM system.
Escalate complex issues to the relevant teams as per process guidelines.
Follow company policies, compliance requirements, and standard operating procedures.
Adapt to process updates, training programs, and business requirements.

Preferred candidate profile
Any Graduate (Freshers can apply).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.




Customer-centric attitude with valuable problem-solving abilities.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods will be preferred.
Candidates should be comfortable working from the Gurgaon office location.
