About the RoleAshiyana Realtors is seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in Kothrud, Pune. The ideal candidate will have a solid command of social media marketing and a proven track record of executing campaigns that drive high-quality real estate leads. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our digital presence, showcasing our properties, and accelerating our sales pipeline through strategic online marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management: Manage and grow the company’s presence across platforms including Meta (Facebook, Instagram), LinkedIn, and YouTube. Create and publish engaging content such as virtual property walkthroughs, project updates, and customer testimonials.
Campaign Strategy & Execution: Plan, launch, and manage paid digital campaigns (specifically Meta Ads and Google Ads) tailored for property launches and ongoing projects.
Lead Generation & Nurturing:
Own the digital lead generation funnel to generate high-quality inquiries for residential and commercial real estate projects. Ensure seamless lead tracking, CRM integration, and smooth handover to the sales team.
Content & Creative Coordination: Write compelling property descriptions, ad copy, and promotional materials. Coordinate with graphic designers to produce eye-catching marketing creatives.
Analytics & Optimization: Monitor campaign performance continuously to optimize for maximum Return on Investment (ROI) and a lower Cost-Per-Lead (CPL). Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports using tools like Meta Business Suite and Google Analytics.
Brand Awareness: Maintain consistent brand messaging across all digital touchpoints and monitor local competitor activities within the Pune real estate market.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education: Any Stream 12th Pass
Experience: 1–4 years of dedicated experience in digital marketing, preferably within the real estate, property consulting, or construction industry.
