Job SummaryiAutomation is looking for a smart, confident, and customer-focused Female Receptionist cum Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front office operations, welcoming visitors, handling inquiries, and counselling prospective students about our training programs.
Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and assist visitors, students, and clients professionally.
Answer phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp inquiries.
Provide accurate information about courses, training programs, and admissions.
Counsel prospective students and guide them through the admission process.
Maintain student records and follow up with leads.
Schedule appointments and coordinate with trainers and management.
Manage front office activities and ensure a pleasant reception area.
Handle basic administrative and documentation tasks.




Support marketing and admission-related activities when required.
Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in any discipline.
Excellent communication skills in English and the local language.
Good interpersonal and counselling skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, internet).
Pleasant personality with a professional appearance.
Ability to multitask and work independently.
Prior experience in reception, customer service, or educational counselling is preferred but not mandatory.
