We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Sales Promoters to represent Oura Ring at leading retail stores. The ideal candidate should have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to educate customers about premium wearable technology.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell Oura Ring products to customers in the retail store.
Explain product features, advantages, and functionality through effective demonstrations.
Understand customer requirements and recommend the most suitable product.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Maintain excellent customer service and ensure a premium shopping experience.
Ensure products are displayed as per brand guidelines.
Maintain stock availability and coordinate with the store team for replenishment.
Capture customer feedback and share market insights with the reporting manager.
Build solid relationships with store staff to drive sales.
Eligibility:
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
0–5 years of experience in Retail Sales, Promoter, Consumer Electronics, Mobile, Wearables, or Lifestyle products.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for sales and customer engagement.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
