Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized Backend Support Executive to manage day-to-day business operations, including procurement, customer support, sales coordination, inventory, logistics, documentation, and office administration. The ideal candidate should be capable of coordinating with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Support
Prepare quotations, Proforma Invoices, and sales orders.
Follow up on customer enquiries, RFQs, and purchase orders.
Coordinate order execution and delivery schedules.
Handle customer communication through email and phone.

Procurement & Supply Chain
Raise Purchase Orders and coordinate with suppliers.
Follow up on material availability and delivery schedules.
Develop and maintain supplier relationships.
Compare quotations and negotiate with vendors.

Inventory & Logistics
Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment.
Coordinate dispatches, courier bookings, and transport.
Track deliveries and ensure timely customer shipments.
Maintain inventory and dispatch records.

Documentation & Administration
Maintain customer, supplier,



and project records.
Prepare invoices and coordinate with accounts for payment follow-up.
Handle ERP/Excel data entry and document management.
Prepare MIS reports and support management with operational data.

Operations Coordination
Coordinate with production, warehouse, installation, and sales teams.
Schedule site activities and monitor project progress.
Support management in daily operational planning.

Preferred candidate profile
Female Candiates with B.E - Electronics or others specialization & women returing to work is preferred.
1 - 3 years work experiences in backend operations, sales coordination, supply chain, procurement, or office administration.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Positive knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Robust organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Basic knowledge of procurement, inventory, logistics, and invoicing.
ERP software experience will be an added advantage.
Immediate joiners is preffered.
