About the Role

Gong Restaurant is looking for energetic, service-oriented, and well-groomed Stewards who are passionate about delivering exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a commitment to providing outstanding guest service in a premium dining environment.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
Present menus, explain dishes, and provide recommendations based on guest preferences.
Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them to the kitchen and bar.
Serve food and beverages professionally, following the restaurant's service standards.
Ensure guest satisfaction by attending to requests promptly and courteously.
Clear and reset tables efficiently during and after service.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, service stations, and equipment.
Coordinate effectively with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely service.
Upsell menu items, beverages, and promotional offers to enhance the guest experience.
Follow hygiene, food safety,



and grooming standards at all times.
Handle guest concerns professionally and escalate issues when required.
Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned by the Restaurant Manager.

Requirements
Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary (12th Pass); Hotel Management qualification preferred.
03 years of experience in restaurants, hotels, or fine dining establishments.
Freshers with Hotel Management qualifications are welcome to apply.
Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
Pleasant personality with excellent grooming standards.
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a quick-paced environment and versatile shifts.
Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Menu knowledge and suggestive selling.
Order-taking and POS familiarity.
