Location: Ankleshwar

Experience: 3 - 4 Years

Industries: Chemical

Responsibilities.
Ensure the Plant Operation with Full Safety.
Ensure the Production, Yield Targets are achieved with specified Quality Parameters.
Ensure the Employees skill upgradation time to time for various job rotation.
Ensure the plant follows full relevant environmental norms.
Ensure the equipment up keeping and minimize the breakdown & interruptions
Deviation monitoring and implement the CAPA.
Knowledge of Distillation (Continuous & Batch ).
Knowledge of Multi-component Distillation, Azeotropic distillation.
Mass & Energy balance Calculation, Chemical reaction knowledge.
Pump , Compressor, Vacuum system operation knowledge.
Training provide to the sub-ordinates. Training module preparation.
SOP development,



SOP implementation at site. Training provide on SOP to the operators & Supervisors.

Required Skills
Excellent communication skill, with computer proficiency.
Very positive in negotiation, coordination, organization, and problem solving skill.
Ability to multitask, time management, work in a quick-paced workplace, and should able to meet deadlines.

Required Qualification: - B.Sc/M.Sc/B.E/B.Tech - Chemistry/Chemical

Salary :- Upto 6.00 LPA
