Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise all mechanical construction activities at the project site.
Ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and in accordance with project specifications and quality standards.
Coordinate with engineering, QA/QC, planning, procurement, and subcontractors.
Monitor manpower, equipment, and material utilization.
Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and client requirements.
Review drawings, resolve site issues, and monitor daily progress.
Attend project meetings and prepare progress reports.
Support testing, commissioning, and project handover activities.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 10 years of experience in Oil & Gas or Industrial Construction, including at least 5 years in a Site Manager role.
GCC/Oil & Gas project experience is preferred.
Skills
Solid leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of piping, equipment installation, structural steel, and mechanical construction.
Familiarity with international codes and client specifications.
Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
