Job Responsibilities

Contact prospective students and customers through outbound and inbound calls.

Explain the company's study abroad and test preparation services in a qualified manner.

Qualify leads by understanding their education, career goals, budget, and preferred destinations.

Generate and schedule appointments for counselors.

Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, SMS, and email to maximize conversions.

Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.

Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns effectively.

Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.

Coordinate with counselors to ensure smooth lead handover and timely follow-up.

Build long-term relationships with prospective students and parents.

Keep up to date with company offerings, admission intakes, and promotional campaigns.

Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
