The Role
We're looking for a Billing Engineer / Project Coordinator to manage billing, contractor coordination, and quality oversight for an active construction project under a tight delivery timeline.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and verify Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for ongoing works
Conduct rate analysis and compare contractor/vendor quotations
Process contractor and vendor bills; verify measurements against work executed at site
Coordinate contractor onboarding — documentation, work orders, scope alignment
Conduct regular site visits to track progress and verify billing against actual work done
Perform quality checks on materials and workmanship at site
Maintain billing records, MIS, and documentation for audits/approvals
Liaise between site teams, contractors, and project management for smooth execution
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent)
3–6 years of experience in billing/quantity surveying with a real estate developer (not a contractor-only or consultancy background)
Solid working knowledge of BOQ preparation, rate analysis, and bill certification
Comfortable with frequent in office visits and contractor coordination
Proficiency in MS Excel; familiarity with billing software/ERP a plus
