We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to handle a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This is a permanent role with a 3-month probation period.
Key Responsibilities: Receive and respond to customer calls professionally and efficiently
Provide outstanding customer service through all communication channels
Handle and resolve customer complaints, including difficult or angry customers
Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
Learn and understand company products and services quickly
Assist walk-in customers by showcasing products and supporting them through the billing process
Handle calls during non-business hours, Sundays, and holidays (compensation provided)
Ensure adherence to company attendance and dress code policies
Skills Required:Excellent call handling and telephone etiquette
Solid verbal and written communication skills
Ability to remain calm and professional with difficult customers
Fast learner with a proactive attitude
Basic knowledge of billing and sales assistance
Punctual, reliable, and well-organized
Team player with the ability to work independently when needed
