Key Responsibilities:
Achieve sales targets for the assigned locations
Drive consistent market penetration and identify current markets and avenues for expansion.
Develop and nurture long-term client relationships to generate repeat business, while managing DSAs, connectors, and builder/developer tie-ups.
Ensure timely customer service delivery, resolution of client queries, and strict compliance with policies and regulatory guidelines.
Lead, mentor, and motivate Relationship Manager / Resident Manager / Sales Manager / Branch Manager to achieve business objectives.
Recruit, groom, and retain high-performing teams with minimal attrition, while conducting regular training and performance reviews.
Monitor delinquency levels and portfolio quality, working closely with credit, risk, and operations teams to ensure smooth loan disbursements.




Implement sales processes eAectively across assigned branches.
Ensuring adherence to compliance and documentation standards.
Conduct with branch teams as required and support them in presentation and selling skills.
Provide accurate market intelligence on competitors, products, and customer needs to senior management.
Prepare and share regular reports on sales performance, client engagement, and market insights.
