Review consultant-submitted specifications, identify discrepancies, and recommend rectifications to ensure alignment with project requirements.
Review project budgets and provide commercial inputs to optimize project costs.
Evaluate Bills of Quantities (BOQs), identify value engineering prospects, and recommend necessary revisions.
Review contract terms and conditions, ensuring all project-specific requirements are appropriately incorporated.
Invite tenders from shortlisted contractors, coordinate bid submissions, conduct bid openings, and prepare comparative statements.
Evaluate commercial proposals, contractual conditions, and financial implications submitted by contractors, incorporating the analysis into comparative statements.
Lead tender negotiations to resolve commercial and contractual deviations, ensuring consistency across all bids.
Conduct multiple rounds of negotiations, where required,



and recommend the most suitable contractor(s) based on commercial and technical evaluations.
Coordinate with project site teams to ensure timely completion and submission of MIS reports.
Monitor material procurement activities and follow up to ensure timely delivery in accordance with project schedules.
Maintain accurate and systematic documentation of all procurement and contract-related records for future reference and audit compliance.
Evaluate rate analyses and approve non-tendered items in accordance with company policies.
Process purchase orders, amendments, and related transactions through the ERP system.
Perform any other duties or responsibilities assigned by the Reporting Manager.
