Role Purpose

The Sr. Engineer Repair Technician role exists to diagnose, troubleshoot, repair and validate electronic devices and assemblies, ensuring product reliability and customer satisfaction. The role supports repair and refurbishment operations by conducting component-level analysis, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring timely turnaround of repaired products, while contributing to repair efficiency improvements and reduction of repeat failures.

Major Areas of Contribution:
Strategic Contribution: Maintain knowledge and practice of ESD safety and 5S workplace methodology.




Understand and interpret testing logs for effective fault analysis.
Perform load testing of power supplies to ensure stability and performance.
Understand block diagrams and functional flow of SMPS (Switched-Mode Power Supply).
