Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Recovery Executive to manage overdue loan accounts and ensure timely collections. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, along with experience in handling customer follow-ups while maintaining compliance with company policies and RBI guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
Contact customers through calls to recover overdue loan payments.
Follow up with customers and obtain payment commitments.
Negotiate repayment plans and resolve payment-related concerns.
Achieve assigned monthly recovery and collection targets.
Update customer interactions and payment status in the CRM/system.
Escalate difficult or high-risk cases to the reporting manager.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth resolution of customer issues.
Maintain accurate recovery records and prepare daily reports.
Ensure all recovery activities comply with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
1 to 3 years of experience in Collections/Recovery, preferably in an NBFC or Fintech.
Experience in handling Personal Loan, Payday Loan, or Digital Lending collections is preferred.
Solid communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.
Ability to work under pressure and meet recovery targets.
