Key Responsibilities
Group reporting under IFRS / US GAAP for multinational clients
Audit of wholly owned subsidiaries of foreign companies
Preparation of financial statements for calendar year and financial year reporting
International taxation advisory, transfer pricing, and DTAA matters
FEMA compliance, ECB, FLA statements, and ODI advisory
Outsourced accounting and audit assignments for foreign companies

Requirements




US CPA qualification (certified or in progress with substantial completion)
Solid understanding of US GAAP, IFRS, and international reporting standards
Knowledge of Indian taxation and FEMA regulations is a solid plus
Excellent English communication skills written and verbal
Ability to work with international clients and manage cross-border engagements
