Key Responsibilities:
To carry out all the Instrumentation related engineering activities in the plant to meet the production targets with the operational excellence culture.
To carry out all the Calibration activities within the due date by using current SOPs.
To carry out the Preventive, predictive, breakdown & shutdown maintenance of PLC, DCS and all field & Control Instruments.
Provide the services & equipment needed for current products and formulation changes.
Preparing Calibration schedules, Shut-Down schedules.
Identifying the required equipment spares and accessories.
To continuously monitor the maintenance activities in the plant
Reporting the status of the maintenance activity to the Instrumentation Manager daily
Perform regular/periodic activities of GMP procedures established in the plant
Follow safety procedures like work permit systems,
PPE usage during the maintenance
Check and verify all the standard weights & weighing balances certificates every month and ensure that all are updated.
Required Knowledge/Skills
Thorough knowledge of the workings of instruments
Basic computer software knowledge, Industrial safety, basic knowledge of electrical fittings & equipments
Up-to-date knowledge of the latest instruments
Analytical skills, Pressure tolerance, Resourcefulness, Problem Solving
Learning skills, Coordinating skills, Problem Sensitivity
