We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Collections Executive to join our team in Pulicherla, on the Romicherla Road. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 7 years of experience in collections.

Roles and Responsibility
Manage and oversee the collections process for timely debt recovery.
Develop and implement effective collection strategies to minimize bad debts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Analyze and resolve complex customer complaints and issues.
Collaborate with internal teams to identify and address root causes of delayed payments.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Job Requirements
Robust knowledge of collections principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a quick-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software applications.




Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to build rapport with customers and stakeholders at all levels.
Educational qualification: Any Graduate or Postgraduate degree.
