Job Summary :

Shah TC is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive - Recent Business Development to support our Sales & Business Development team. We are seeking candidates preferably from the pharmaceutical industry who have experience in business development support, lead management, customer coordination, and data handling.

Key Responsibilities :
Manage and track inbound and outbound business leads through various channels.
Interact with customers to understand their requirements and ensure timely follow-ups.
Coordinate with the Sales & Business Development team regarding lead allocation and lead status updates.
Maintain accurate customer and lead databases.
Prepare and maintain MIS reports, lead trackers, and business dashboards.
Analyze lead conversion and follow-up data to support business decisions.




Ensure timely updates of customer interactions and lead progress in the CRM system.
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth execution of business requirements.
Support management with periodic reports, analytics, and operational data.
Maintain high standards of data accuracy and confidentiality.

Required Skills & Qualifications :
Candidates from the Pharmaceutical/Healthcare industry will be preferred.
24 years of experience in Business Development, Lead Management, Sales Coordination or Customer Coordination.
Strong customer communication, presentation and persuasion skills
Excellent data handling, documentation and analytical skills.
Hands-on experience in CRM management and MIS reporting.
Candidates from the Pharmaceutical/Healthcare industry will be preferred.
Experience working on SAP and Salesforce CRM will be an added advantage.
Candidates with robust MIS reporting, Excel proficiency, and data management skills will be preferred.
