Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective customers from company-generated leads.
Explain company projects, offers, and investment opportunities.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
Generate qualified leads and schedule site visits for the sales team.
Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
Update customer interactions in the CRM on a daily basis.
Build and maintain solid customer relationships.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead conversion.
Required SkillsExcellent communication and convincing skills.




Positive command of Hindi (English communication is an added advantage).
Strong negotiation and customer handling abilities.
Basic computer knowledge and CRM proficiency.
Positive attitude with a target-oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
EligibilityMinimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (Preferred)
Freshers are welcome.
Prior experience in TeleSales, Customer Service, BPO, or Real Estate Sales will be an advantage.
