Your specific roles & responsibilities will include
To create effective, compelling visual designs for marketing materials and digital advertising.
Come up with Brand Guidelines, create color palettes, and design guidelines for various marketing collaterals.
Design high-impact designs for collaterals like flyers, banners, emailers, brochures etc.
To be a hands-on designer with a robust ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team and share the responsibility of other design projects as well.
The candidate should have a robust understanding of fundamental design principles for web and print that affects typography, composition, and colour.
Be able to quickly deliver strong designs during rapid, iterative processes and multitask in a fast paced environment

REQUIREMENTS
3-5years of experience in working of a internet-based business
Robust understanding of best-practices in illustration & graphic design
Motivated self-starter with a willingness to learn
Proficiency in tools like Adobe PhotoShop, Illustrator, Aftereffects, Premiere Pro, Indesign, Corel Draw, Adobe Creative Suite
