KRA's
The Incumbent shall be responsible for conceptualization and execution of business strategy for solar EPC projects from concept to commissioning ensuring profitability .
He shall be Preparing sales forecast/projection in quarterly ,half yearly and annual timeline with focus on costing and ensuring healthy ROI
He shall focus on Ludhiana and surroundings areas as in to focus on C&I-; commercial & Industrial and residential projects .
He shall develop and expand Solar business in other cities of Punjab followed by entering into surroundings states.
He shall drive,train,mentor and guide team for sales, service and installation.




He shall drive complete sales cycle by identified current projects/lead generation/Inquiry/Prospectus till payment follow ups.
He shall have knowledge of proposal preparation, technocommercial discussions, negotiation and closures.
He shall develop and present tailored solar business solutions and ROI/financial models to customers.
He shall ensure site visits and feasibility assessments being done (roof/site suitability, shading, structural and electrical considerations).
He shall Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement and Projects teams to finalize system design, costing and project timelines.
He shall Educate customers on solar benefits, schemes, subsidies, netmetering and payback expectations.
Excellent relationship with internal and external stakeholders .

Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
Team Management skills.
Good interpersonal skills and ability to interact with customers, contractors and government officials.
Basic proficiency with MS Office and CRM tools.
