Job SummaryYOM Computer is looking for an experienced and responsible IT Hardware Engineer to join our team. The candidate should have solid knowledge of computer hardware, networking, troubleshooting, installation, and on-site customer support. This is a field-based role, so candidates must be willing to travel within Ahmedabad.
Key ResponsibilitiesDesktop and Laptop Hardware Troubleshooting
Computer Assembly, Repair & Maintenance
Windows Installation, Formatting & Driver Installation
Software Installation and Configuration
Printer Installation and Troubleshooting
LAN/Wi-Fi Network Setup and Basic Networking
Router and Switch Configuration (Basic)
Customer Site Visit and Technical Support
Hardware Upgrade (RAM, SSD, HDD, SMPS, Motherboard, etc.)
System Health Check and Preventive Maintenance
Maintain Service Reports and Customer Visit Records




Coordinate with the Office Team for Service Calls

EligibilityMinimum 2 Years of Experience in IT Hardware Support

Two-Wheeler is Mandatory.
Valid Driving License is Preferred.
Willing to travel for customer site visits.
Punctual, Responsible, and Skilled.
Preferred QualificationDiploma / Bachelor's Degree in Computer, IT, Electronics, or Related Field.
Hardware & Networking Certification will be an added advantage.
