Job Responsibilities:

• Call customers and explain motor insurance & health insurance products.

• Generate leads and follow up with interested clients.

• Assist customers in policy renewal and recent policy purchase.

• Maintain customer database and update call records regularly.

• Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.

• Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.

• Coordinate with sales team for policy processing.

Required Skills:

• Valuable communication skills in Hindi & basic English.

• Confident and convincing speaking skills.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.

• Experience in telecalling or insurance sales will be preferred.
