Desktop Support Engineer ( Immediate Joiners ) ( Male Candidates only)

Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, hardware components, and network connectivity.
Provide technical support for Windows, MacOS, and Linux operating systems.
Respond to, manage, and close service desk/help desk tickets in a timely manner.
Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (Windows/MacOS/Linux), software applications, and system updates.
Support both remote and in office users with technical problems.
Maintain IT documentation, asset records, and assist in IT upgrades and deployments.
Ensure systems, devices, and peripherals operate efficiently and securely.

Requirements
Degree/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
Proven experience in desktop support, service desk, or help desk environments.
Robust knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows/MacOS/Linux), networking fundamentals, and commonly used business applications.
Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple support requests.
