collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Lead the design and development of applications.- Implement best practices for application development.- Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality.- Stay updated on industry trends and technologies.

Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Workday Advanced Reporting.- This position is based at our Chennai office.- A 15 years full-time education with experience and Certified in Workday HCM Reporting is required.
