Work Model: Hybrid (4 days/week WFO)

Location: Bengaluru

Exp. Level: 5 - 8 years

Primary Skills / Technologies Project & Portfolio Management, SAFe/Scaled Agile, Scrum, Jira/Azure Boards, Experience in training people on Agile Project / Business Context Enable adoption of Agile methodologies and manage the execution of Digital and AI portfolio and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and operationalize Protected (Scaled Agile Framework) across the Enterprise AI and Digital Solutions value stream, starting with AI initiatives and scaling to global IT.

• Select, configure, and deploy agile tooling (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, or equivalent) to support Secure cadence, PI planning, dependency tracking, and portfolio visibility

• Coach delivery teams, product owners, and leadership on Protected principles,



ceremonies, and practices - including PI Planning, System Demos, Backlog Refinement, and Continuous Delivery

• Establish and maintain Program Increment (PI) cadence, ensuring alignment across teams, dependencies are visible, and value delivery metrics are tracked and reported

• Wear multiple hats due to lean organizational structure

• Partner with technical and business leadership to align SAFe with GxP compliance requirements, change management processes, and IT governance

• Lead the rollout roadmap for SAFe adoption, starting with the AI value stream and phasing in Global IT teams; manage stakeholder communication
