Responsibilities:
Monitor in-process and final inspections for moulded plastic components.
Analyse defects and lead root cause analysis.
Implement CAPA and reduce rejection & rework.
Maintain quality documents (Control Plan, SOPs).
Handle customer complaints and support audits.
Conduct product testing.
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001standards.
