Our flagship product, MITHRIL Splints, is a contemporary alternative to traditional plaster casts used to support and immobilize broken bones. Designed for fracture care, post-operative recovery, and rehabilitation, MITHRIL Splints help healthcare specialists provide faster, cleaner, and more comfortable patient care.

As we expand across Government and Private Healthcare, we're looking for passionate sales professionals to join our team.

Responsbilities:
Grow sales in Government and Private hospitals.
Build relationships with doctors, therapists, and hospital procurement teams.
Conduct product demonstrations and training.
Manage the sales process from lead generation to order closure.
Update CRM and support business growth.

Requirements:
1–5 years of Medical Device or Healthcare Sales experience.
Robust communication and relationship-building skills.
Experience in Orthopaedics, Rehabilitation, Trauma, or PM&R; is preferred.
Willingness to travel.
