Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, and chats to resolve their concerns in a timely and qualified manner.
Provide accurate information on products/services offered by the company to meet customers' needs.
Identify prospects to upsell/cross-sell relevant products/services based on customer requirements.
Escalate complex issues to senior team members or supervisors when necessary.
Maintain records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
