Job Title: Project Manager ( Interior Fit-Out)

Job Summary

Lead the full lifecycle of interiorfitout and residential renovation projects, from client briefing through handover. Oversee budgets, schedules, quality, and vendor communication to deliver projects on time, within scope, and to the highest design standards.

Core Responsibilities
Define project scope, develop detailed timelines, and handle the team & also maintain the project execution and design teams.
Manage daytoday project execution, coordinating Designer, Supervisor & APM, vendors, and internal resources.
Monitor progress against time line, proactively identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with design specifications, Projects codes, and safety regulations.




Serve as primary client liaison, providing regular status updates and handling change requests.
Lead postproject reviews, capture lessons learned, and drive continuous improvement.

Experience & Qualifications
5+years project management experience, with at least 2+years in interior Industry, Residential fitout, or related interior settings.
Robust knowledge of interior construction methods, finishes, and procurement processes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.Role & responsibilities
