Role & responsibilities
Provide outpatient medical consultation, diagnosis, and treatment to employees and their dependents.
Attend to medical emergencies and provide first aid whenever required.
Conduct routine medical examinations and health assessments.
Maintain accurate medical records and ensure confidentiality of patient information.
Prescribe medicines and oversee the dispensing of medicines through the hospital pharmacy.
Monitor and manage communicable diseases and implement preventive healthcare measures.
Conduct health awareness and wellness programmes for employees.
Coordinate referrals to specialist doctors and hospitals whenever necessary.
Comply with statutory requirements and maintain valid medical registration.
Work closely with the Estate Management and HR Department on employee health and welfare initiatives.
