We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant who has previously worked in an auditing firm. The ideal candidate will have solid knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, taxation, and compliance. This role requires accuracy, analytical skills, and the ability to manage financial records efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and accounts
Prepare financial statements, reports, and MIS reports
Handle day-to-day accounting activities including journal entries and reconciliations
Manage accounts payable and receivable
Assist in statutory audits, internal audits, and compliance processes
Prepare and file GST returns, TDS, and other statutory filings
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and government regulations
Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and internal teams
Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
Support payroll processing and financial documentation
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
2–5 years of experience in an auditing firm or CA office
Robust knowledge of accounting principles and taxation (GST, TDS, etc.)
Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, Excel, or similar tools)
Positive analytical and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
Preferred Skills:
Experience in audit handling and compliance
Knowledge of payroll processing
Familiarity with financial reporting and MIS
