Right Rupee is looking for a detail-oriented and analytically strong Credit Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating payday loan applications.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in fintech or NBFC lending, with a solid understanding of short-term loan underwriting, risk assessment, fraud checks, bureau analysis, and compliance processes.

Role & responsibilities
Assist in credit evaluations and loan processing.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date credit and financial records.
Communicate with customers regarding loan documentation and queries.
Stay updated on RBI guidelines and compliance requirements.
Support internal departments such as Operations, Collections, and Audit.
Coordinate with clients for fulfillment of loan document requirements.

Preferred candidate profile
Solid knowledge of credit underwriting and risk assessment
Experience in fintech/NBFC lending processes
Familiarity with CIBIL, Experian, CRIF, etc.
Ability to take independent credit decisions
Positive analytical, communication, and documentation skills
Proficiency in MS Excel and LOS/loan processing systems
