Key Responsibilities

Plan, supervise, and control preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities.
Ensure maximum availability and reliability of plant and mining equipment.
Lead mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation maintenance teams.
Prepare and implement annual maintenance plans and shutdown schedules.
Minimize equipment downtime and improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
Monitor equipment performance and recommend reliability improvements.
Manage maintenance budgets, spares inventory, and vendor performance.
Coordinate with production, mining, and safety teams for uninterrupted operations.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory regulations, and maintenance SOPs.
Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).




Supervise installation, commissioning, and modification of plant machinery.
Maintain maintenance records, equipment history, and technical documentation.
Drive TPM, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Train and develop maintenance personnel on best practices and safety procedures.
Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, tools, and maintenance resources.
